The number of logistics halls is increasing in Slovakia, another one is expected to be built in Chorvátsky Grob

The hall is primarily intended for goods storage.

The company INVEST 31-land Triblavina a.s. plans to build the Triblavina logistics hall in Chorvátsky Grob. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of next year, with completion a year later.

The purpose is to create a logistics hall with transport and technical infrastructure for full operational functionality. The hall will be designated for storing electronic goods, audio-video equipment, household appliances, office supplies, computers, consumer goods, as well as for distribution, light manufacturing, and assembly.

The facility will also include administrative spaces, social, sanitary, technical, and technological support areas.
