Logistics center in Podunajské Biskupice

A new warehouse and logistics center will be established in the eastern part of the capital of the Slovak Republic. It will be located in the Podunajské Biskupice district, with excellent accessibility and a quick connection to the D4 highway. Two warehouses will be built on an area of ​​128,367 m². Hall A with an area of ​​17,136 m² and Hall B with an area of ​​28,980 m². The industrial area will also be complemented by a considerable amount of greenery, which with its 39,694 m² will take up to 30.9% of the total land area. The rest will be roads or parking spaces reserved for employees.
