The environmental impact of the investment project will now be assessed by the Ministry of the Environment through the EIA process.

Two separate halls will be able to store electrical appliances, audio and video equipment, office supplies, computers and their components, consumer goods, building materials, and food. The halls will also be used for distribution, light manufacturing, assembly, commercial activities, and services.

The total built-up area is expected to be nearly 47,000 square meters. The halls will be located on the right side of the D4 highway heading towards Austria, near the Bratislava-Podunajské Biskupice junction – Exit 13.

The investor is Forespo Reality 22, chaired by Juraj Bielik, who also sits on the board of 365.invest. The bank is owned by Jozef Tkáč and Ivan Jakabovič from J&T.
