VGP Park Zvolen

Mediation of land sales in Zvolen. In this case, we brought the buyer of 10ha, namely the company VGP, which is a major international player in the development of warehouses and logistic halls.

The park is located on the north-western side of the city of Zvolen, approx. 1.4 km from the R1 Bratislava – Zvolen express road, with direct access to the 1^st class road I/66 Zvolen – Banská Bystrica. Due to its location in the middle of the transit corridors, Zvolen is a strategic point for road transport and also an important railway junction in Slovakia. The park is located close to the Continental plant and the existing retail and logistic zone with good public transport connections. The potential of the locality is multiplied by the proximity of Sliač Airport. The city of Zvolen has 43,000 inhabitants, while the wider area of Zvolen – Banská Bystrica is home to more than 150,000 inhabitants. With several secondary vocational schools and the Technical University of Zvolen, the region offers a highly-skilled workforce.
